A special fixture for the nut carving was designed, by adding a spring, the elongation of a thimble could be automati-cally adjusted according to the shape of nut, so clamping was reliable and loading and unloading were convenient;two clamp heads were made of rubber materials and there was a small elliptical holes at front end, then the existing questions that common fixture could not accurate positioning, easy to destroy nut due to nut irregular shape and fragile were solved. The effect of quick self centering and clamping nut automatic is realized.%设计一种用于果核雕刻的专用夹具,用于解决由于果核形状不规则造成的夹持困难问题.通过添加弹簧,使顶针的伸长量可以根据果核形状自动调节,装夹牢固可靠,装卸方便快捷;两个夹具头均采用橡胶材料,并且前端有一个椭圆形小孔,解决了现有夹具由于果核形状不规律且易碎、 普通夹具不能准确定位、 容易破坏果核的技术问题,实现了快速自定心夹牢果核及装夹果核的效果.
