TwinCAT数控系统在CAK6136数控车床改造中的运用

摘要

开放式数控系统具有模块逻辑独立、接口标准化、可移植性好的特点,成为当前数控系统的主要发展趋势.设计一种基于TwinCAT的嵌入式软PLC的数控车开放式系统,并将其运用于CAK6136车床.进行了上位机的设计、Ether-CAT模块的选择与参数调试、G代码译码、插补、ADS通信、车床的调试.%Open CNC system has many characteristics,such as logic independence of module,interface standardization,flexibility and portability.It has become the main development trend of NC system.An embedded software PLC open CNC system was designed based on the TwinCAT system and it was applied to CAK6136 lathe.PC design,selection of the EtherCAT module and debug of the module parameters,G-code decoding,interpolation,ADS communication and the debug of lathe were conducted.
