基于负载敏感控制的垃圾桶清洗车液压系统研究

     

摘要

The composition and running characteristic of the hydraulic system of automatic garbage bin cleaning vehicle were analyzed.Using load sensing could effectively reduce the power loss.Using the oil cooler to heat water could recover energy.The integration of the cartridge valve and electromagnetic directional valve could improve mobile hydraulic reliability and portability.Sewage recycling could effectively reduce the cleaning water,reduce secondary pollution to environment,increase cleaning efficiency.Cleaning effect was good when the water temperature was above 50 ℃ and water heater was necessary.%从液压系统角度阐述全自动垃圾桶清洗车的液压系统组成及其运行特点:采用负载敏感可以有效降低系统的损耗;利用油冷却器的冷却水加热净水箱,可以有效回收部分能量;采用插装阀和板式电磁换向阀的方式设计和制造控制阀组,可以提高移动液压的可靠性和轻便性;污水回收可以有效减少清洗用水、减少对环境的二次污染、增加清洗效率;垃圾桶清洗用水在50 ℃以上时清洗效果较好,需要提供高压瞬间加热设备.
