SK 40 P数控车床尾座数控化改造方法及实现

             

摘要

提出在SK40P数控车床基础上对其尾座进行数控化改造的方案,以实现油缸盖轴类零件批量生产时车削、钻削工序集中的工艺流程需求。该方案采用PLC、伺服驱动和伺服电动缸组成的系统带动尾座、锥柄套筒及钻头进给实现中心孔的自动钻削加工,原车床数控系统GSK980TD与PLC之间通过I/O端口实现通信,构成主从式结构。实际运行表明,该改造方案拓展了普通数控车床的工艺能力。%A scheme of the tailstock NC transformation was introduced to meet the process integrated requirements of the turning and drilling during batch production of some axial parts base on NC lathe SK 40P.In this retrofit scheme, the system consisted of PLC, servo drive and servo electric cylinder was used to drive the tailstock , taper shank sleeve and drill in order to further implement the au-tomatic drilling processing of center hole .In the scheme, the master-slave structure was built, the master microcontroller was the origi-nal CNC system GSK980TD, the slave was the PLC.The communication between the above was realized by the aid of I /O ports.Prac-tice shows that the retrofit scheme extends the ordinary NC lathe process ability .
