基于非线性有限元接触理论行星齿轮副瞬态啮合特性研究

         

摘要

为了比较分析风电行星齿轮副啮合面和非啮面瞬态接触特性的差异,根据非线性有限元接触理论,建立了某风电增速用输入级传动机构NGW型行星轮系的非线性有限元模型,对行星齿轮副的瞬态啮合过程进行了动力学实验研究,获得了行星轮系构件齿廓不同啮合位置应力的时间历程曲线。研究表明啮合轮齿廓不同位置的应力具有相似的变化规律;与外啮合的行星齿轮轮廓应力相比,内啮合行星齿轮齿廓的应力较大。在此基础上,对比分析了风电行星齿轮副的关键工况参数对啮合面和非啮合面的瞬态接触的影响,为以改善行星齿轮啮合性能和可靠性为目标的动态优化设计方案确定提供有益的指导。%Nonlinear finite element model (FEM) of NGW type planetary gear train of input stage transmission mechanism used in wind turbine boxes was established according to the nonlinear contact theory and finite element theory , for difference analysis of tran-sient meshing characteristics of planetary gear pair between mating and non-mating surfaces .Transient meshing process of the gear pair was studied in dynamics experiments .The time-history curve of stress of meshing tooth profile at different position was obtained for com-ponents of the gear train. The study results show that different position of meshing tooth profiles have similar stress variation history .The stress of internal planetary gear is bigger than that of the external planetary gear .On the basis of FEM , the comparison and analysis are carried out to find out the effect of some key working parameters on the transient contact of the mating surface and non -mating surface of the planetary gear pair , which provide instruction basis of transient optimal design for improving the meshing perofomance and reliabili -ty of a planetary gearing system .
