机车车辆牵引电机转子拆解机主体机构分析

         

摘要

The 3D model of a new type of traction motor rotor dismantling machine was set up. The dismantling machine mainly included the height adjustment device, extracting arm device, rotation and angle adjustment device, walking device. Combining the closed vector method with D-H method, a kinematical analysis on the body of the dismantling machine was carried out. It was conclu-ded the pose matrix of the height adjustment device taper sleeve. The modal analysis was carried out on the dismantling machine fore-arm by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, obtaining the natural frequency and vibration mode. It was shown that the fre-quencies were far greater than its working frequency, resonance would not occurred. Practice shows that the developed prototype can be used to pull the rotor out of the traction motor, automation transshipment of traction motor can be realized.%建立一种新型牵引电机转子拆解机三维模型,该拆解机主要包括高度调节装置、抽取臂装置、旋转及角度调节装置、行走装置.结合封闭矢量法与D-H法对拆解机主体机构进行了运动学分析,得出高度调节装置上锥套的位姿矩阵.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对拆解机前臂进行了模态分析,得出其固有频率、振型,结果表明:各阶频率均远远大于其工作频率,不会发生共振.实践证明:在此基础上研制的样机能够把转子从牵引电机中水平抽出来,满足转子自动化转运.
