基于Pro/E的微型冲压机槽轮机构运动仿真与分析

         

摘要

槽轮机构是微型冲压机在自动生产线上实现转位冲压功能检验生产件的核心部件,组件销轮(主动拨盘)的拨销拨动从动槽轮槽(从动拨盘)对微型冲压机转盘精确定位,凸弧与从动槽轮凹弧配合使冲压机冲头冲压,是微型冲压机工作可靠的关键因素;由于槽轮机构参数关联多,位移、速度等参数计算复杂难求证,因此应用Pro/E软件对其进行运动仿真,输出运动参数图并分析运动数据,以此验证了槽轮机构在微型冲压机中设计的合理性,极大地简化了槽轮组件结构和运动参数的计算过程,提高了槽轮机构的整体设计效率.%The grooved wheel mechanism is the core part of the micro press. The dialing wheel of the component pin wheel (active dialing) and the grooves of the driving wheel can precisely locate the rotary table of the micro press. The combination of the CAM and the concave arc of the driven grooved wheel make up the punch, which is the key factor of the reliability of the micro punch. The calculation of displacement, velocity and other parameters is complex and difficult to verify. Pro/E software is a micro-press mechanism for simulating motion, outputting motion parameters, analyzing motion data and verifying the rationality of the design, which greatly simplifies the calculation process, the structure and motion parameters of the groove wheel components, and improves the overall design efficiency of the groove wheel mechanism.
