基于成熟度模型的企业质量管理评价系统的设计和应用

摘要

In order to promote continuous improvement and enhancement of the enterprise quality management system, it proposes the basic design concept based on the quality management maturity model .In addition to this, this study expounds the programming of the business model , the system model and the function framework for the quality management and evaluation system .It illustrates the application flow for enterprise quality man-agement and evaluation based on the quality management and evaluation system , shows the status of enterprise quality management and evaluation .%为促进企业质量管理体系的持续改进与提高，提出了基于质量管理成熟度模型的企业质量管理评价系统的基本设计思路，设计了企业质量管理评价系统的业务模型、系统模型以及功能框架，并简要提出了质量管理评价系统在企业质量管理及评价工作中的应用流程。
