叶片叶型和数量对泥泵内部流场影响研究

         

摘要

The changes of vane shape and blade number influence the distribution of the internal pressure and ve -locity on dredge pump .In order to know about the influence , it applies the computational fluid dynamics method to research the change of the flow field with blades which are different in curves of working surface and in various distribution forms .Under the design flow rate , it uses the steady Reynolds -averaged Navier-Stokes method to define the flow field with multiple reference frame models .The result of flow morphology shows that the pump has better rationality of internal flow field as follows:four-blade pump with four splitter blades , four-blade pump and three-blade pump .Besides , it compares to normal circular arcs , the pumps with Bezier arcs blade make the internal pressure distribution more reasonable .%针对叶片叶型和叶片数量对泥泵内部压力和速度的影响,采用计算流体动力学( CFD )方法,根据工作面为不同曲线的叶片和不同叶片分布形式进行流场分析。在设计流量工况下,采用稳态Navier-Stokes方程求解,选取多重参考系模型进行计算。流场计算结果显示:内部流场合理性较好的泵依次为带分流叶片的四叶片泵、四叶片泵和三叶片泵;其中,Bezier曲线四叶片泵比圆弧曲线四叶片泵内部流场分布更为合理。
