基于增强现实的复杂产品智能装配辅助系统研究

         

摘要

大型复杂设备的装配操作步骤多、工序复杂,复杂装配环境下的作业质量和效率在很大程度上决定了设备的最终质量、制造成本和周期.研究了基于增强现实实现大型复杂设备装配辅助系统的系统组成和复杂场景移动增强现实中的虚实注册技术,在实时交互下面向大型复杂真实设备进行装配指导、操作培训,实现了虚拟场景与真实场景的融合,从而更好地满足基于装配现场的实时操作引导需求.通过实现基于增强现实的某航空发动机设备装配典型场景,证明本系统可以有力地支持装配过程的操作和训练.%The assembly process of large complex equipment is complicated .The quality and efficiency of opera-tion determine the final quality , manufacturing cost and the time cost of the equipment .Based on augmented re-ality, it develops a large complex equipment assembly assistant system .The system conducts the assembly in-struction and operation training to large complex equipment in real time interaction .The virtual scene is matched with the real scene .The system realizes the real -time operation guiding function based on assembly field .It shows a typical case of an aero -engine assembly system based on augmented reality , and proves that the system can effectively support the operation and training of assembly process .
