曲轴磨床砂轮架带轮传动机构设计与优化

     

摘要

The high precision spindle rotation system is required to enhance the accuracy of the machine tool processing.Based on the characteristics of driving spline,it designs a high precision pulley transmission system which only transfers torque,optimizes the bolt sizes for the spline part in the optimal algorithm of Matlab.It simulates the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure system based on finite element method,obtains the optimal objection according to the analysis of the results,describes the parametric sensitivity analysis and parametric optimization design based on Ansys.Assessing the sensitivity curve,it provides the final structure model.Comparing with the original structure model,the result indicates that the maximum deformation of the mechanism fells by 40% and the first six order natural frequency rise above 27%.%为提高曲轴磨床砂轮回转精度,介绍了一种高精度带轮传动机构的设计和优化方法.首先依据花键传动特点,设计纯扭矩传动机构;然后采用MATLAB全局寻优算法和ANSYS有限元仿真,进行连接螺栓优化和结构参数灵敏度分析;最后依据结构参数灵敏度曲线修改各参数取值完成结构优化.结果表明:优化后传动机构最大变形量下降40%;前6阶模态频率增幅均在27%以上.
