饲料冷却器格栅的有限元分析与优化设计研究

         

摘要

Feed cooler is a heat exchanger which is used to bring down the temperature of hot feed. As the vital structure of feed cooler,the grids play an important role in supporting the feed cooler and blowdown. In the process of producing and processing, it is found that three grids are not the match for each other, so that the feeder is stuck easily. This paper gets the deformation and stress cases of three grids by field tests. The load distribution is obtained by making inverse analysis by the test data and ANSY software. At the end,the structure of feed cooler is improved to solve the stuck problem of material.%饲料冷却器是降低热饲料温度的一种换热器,格栅作为饲料冷却器中的主要结构,主要起到支撑冷却器以及排料的作用.在饲料的生产加工过程中发现,由于饲料冷却器三层格栅的变形不匹配,容易导致冷却器中的饲料发生卡料现象.通过对饲料冷却器的现场测试,获得了各层格栅的变形及平均应力分布情况.根据测试得到的数据,运用ANSYS有限元程序反推格栅各层的载荷分布规律.在此基础上,对格栅结构进行了改进设计,改善了饲料冷却器的卡料问题.
