Construction method of motion law is presented based on the analysis of intermittent transmission characteristic of disc indexing cam mechanism. The motion law with continuous jerk is derived by a practical example. The disc indexing cam mechanism's virtual prototype model is established in combintion with multiple platforms, and the correctness of theoretical deduction is verified. The foundation is laid for more depth dynamic analysis.%针对盘形分度凸轮机构间歇传动的特点,提出了间歇运动规律的构造方法,实例推导了跃度连续的运动规律.联合多平台建立了机构的虚拟样机模型,验证了运动规律推导的正确性,为更深入的动力学分析垫定了基础.
