船用配油器中配油套制造的新工艺

     

摘要

配油器作为船用可调推进器的重要部件,其工作原理类似液压系统中的旋转接头,但它是在旋转状态下同时接通两路高压油,从而推动船用推进器中的活塞移动来带动桨叶旋转.配油套是配油器的关键零件,其材质为球墨铸铁材料(QT500-7),它的制造难度非常大,特别是内孔配合部位,不仅要求氮化提高耐磨性,而且时尺寸和形位公差要求非常高.在以往使用过程中经常出现由于配油套品质不稳定造成配油器中回转套和配油套的旋转烧伤.提出了一种新配油套制造工艺,从而稳定配油套的品质,避免配油器在使用中的烧伤.%OD-box is an important component of CPP.Its working principle is similar to that of the rotary joint in hydraulic system,but it is connected to the two-way high-pressure oil while it is rotating thus the piston is promoted to move in order to rotate the blades.The floating ring is the key part of OD-box.Its material is QT500-7,and it's very difficult to manufacture,especially the positioned internal hole.It not only needs nitride to improve the wear resistance but also the right size and shape and position tolerances.The rotor and the floating ring of ten are burned in use,due to the unstable quality of the floating ring.This paper proposes its new manufacturing process to stabilize its quality and avoid buming the OD-box in use.
