The air compressor is used to supply.the sufficient prssure to the gas line in automotive braking system,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of automotive air brake systems.Because the compressor operates in the severe vibration and poor working environment,the reliability of its installation directly affects its operation ability,even the performance of the entire engine and the vehicle.In this paper,through the finite element calculation and modal analysis the air compressor bracket and vibration characteristics of experimental methods,its analytical data is obtained to judge the cause of the engine bolt fracture and determine the optimization direction.%空气压缩机主要为汽车制动系统提供足够的气路压力,以保证汽车气刹系统安全可靠.由于空压机处于一个振动剧烈的恶劣工作环境,因此在发动机上的安装可靠性直接影响到能否正常工作,甚至影响到整个发动机乃至整车的性能.通过对空压机支架有限元计算模态分析和振动特性实验方法获取空压机支架的分析数据,来判断发动机螺栓发生断裂的原因及支架优化方向.
