For three-tile hydrodynamic lubrication bearing combination with the different performance,this paper analyzes its structure,technical requirements and assembly process and solves the problems such as oversize temperature rise of coolant oil during unloaded running or deadlock of spindle in debugging.A simple and effective method is provided for the products of similar structures,meanwhile this shows that the cooperation of using performance,part manufacturing and assembly process is very important.%通过对不同性能要求的三瓦动压滑动轴承组合的结构、技术要求及装配工艺对比分析,解决了卡规磨床空载试运转冷却油温升超差,或调整中主轴卡死的问题,为同类结构产品的生产提供了一种简单有效方法,同时说明做好产品使用性能、零件加工、装配工艺的互相配合是非常重要的.
