基于时间序列法的制动器试验台控制方法改进

     

摘要

This article aims to improve control method of the brake test rig based on time series. The mechanical analysis of the test-bed structure is made, thus the calculated test-bed results are compared with the road test results. Then the time series model is es-tablished and the torque value at a time is forecasted with trend moving average method, and a computer control method is designed based on time series method, and the differential approximate prediction method is introduced into the improvement of the control method. Final y through the experiment and the analysis of the test data, the improved method is evaluated based on time series method. The test result shows that this method is simple and reasonable.%基于时间序列对制动器试验台的控制方法进行了改进。对试验台的结构进行力学分析,计算试验台测试结果并与路试结果进行比较。建立时间序列模型,采用趋势移动平均法预测本段时间的扭矩值,设计了基于时间序列法的计算机控制方法,并通过引入微分近似预测法对控制法进行改进。通过对试验数据的分析对基于时间序列法的改进方法进行评价,由试验结果可知,该方法简单合理。
