某些采用低附带/不敏感炸药的战斗部以及有些威力可调战斗部,其联接强度对装药反应状态、爆炸型式变化、各反应所占的百分比以及各部件最大过载等有着较大影响,是装药选择、结构设计、装药形式等需要重点考虑的因素之一。鉴于此,研究了采用螺纹联接战斗部在低附带/不敏感炸药作用下联接强度的计算方法,给出了联接强度的计算公式,并通过钢质与钢、铝、尼龙材质的配合部件进行实验,实验表明该计算公式与实际十分吻合,为未来相似战斗部联接强度的计算提供了理论依据。%For warheads with low incidental/insensitive explosive or adjustable power ones, the joint strength has a vital impact on the charge reaction state, explosion deformation, the percentage of different reaction and the maximum overload of each component,so its joint strength depends on the charge selection,structural design and charge form. For the reasons above,this paper adopts the calculation method of the warhead thread joint strength under the low incidental/insensitive explosive and gives the calculation formulation of the joint strength. By comparison among the experiments for matching parts made from steel, aluminum, nylon materials, it shows that the data calculated by the this for mulation is in good agreement with the experimental data. This provides the theoretical basis for the future similar warhead joint strength calculation.
