以五叶小风扇为例,介绍了MasterCAM 9.0软件造型、编程的基本思路和步骤,重点介绍了其数控加工工艺过程和加工参数等关键点,并针对加工中所涉及的定位基准选择、扇叶错位、刀具选择、扇叶强度与刚性等问题进行了深入的探讨与处理,有效地解决了扇叶零件在正反两次加工中由于基准不重合所引起的曲面上下两部分不能正确“缝合”的问题,同时,在探索CAD/CAM技术手段,针对复杂曲面零件如何提高加工效率,保证零件的加工精度,实现高效优质的数控加工方面进行了有效地探索与尝试。%Based on Mastercam9.0 software,the basic idea and steps of modeling programming is introduced by taking a smal five-leaf fan as an example. The key points are the NC machining process and the parameters. The selection of location datum and tool the dislocation of the fan blade,the strength and rigidity of the fan blade are studied,and the problem of incorrect seam of the fan parts surfaces caused by the datum misalignment during the frontback machining is solved. Meanwhile,aiming at parts with complex surfaces,the technical measures based on CAD/CAM are explored and tried to improve the machining efficiency and accuracy and NC machining process.
