导轨制动器卸载机构的设计与仿真

         

摘要

为了提高导轨制动器的卸载性能,提出了在制动工作完成后解除摩擦片对导轨夹紧力的卸载方案;对卸载机构中采用的偏心圆凸轮机构进行了分析和设计;最后应用ADAMS软件,通过动力学仿真分析对设计方案的可行性进行了验证。分析结果表明:卸载功能较好,降低了卸载过程的复杂程度,节省了卸载工作的操作时间。%In order to improve the unloading performance of the rail guide brake,this paper proposes an unloading scheme that after the brake,the clamp force between brake lining and rail guide is released. It also analyzes and designs the unloading mechanism with eccentric cam. With the help of ADAMS,the dynamic simulation is conducted and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified. The results show that the unloading mechanism meets the brake’ s unloading requirement, so as to make the unloading process much easier and save much operation time.
