基于Matlab的圆柱蜗杆传动多目标模糊优化设计

         

摘要

To solve the shortcomings of high cost and low efficiency of the ordinary cylindrical worm drive,this article takes the mini ̄mum volume of the worm wheel rim and transimission efficiency as two objectiue functions by using the fuzzy optimization theory,to form the constraint conditions and membership functions which are processed non-fuzzily, and then, the specific optimization is completed by Matalab programming and Optimization Toolbox. The goal is achieved for reducing the volume and improving the effi ̄ciency. It is of important significance to the enterprise design and production.%为了解决普通圆柱蜗杆传动成本高、效率低的缺点,利用模糊优化理论建立蜗轮轮缘部分体积最小和传动效率的倒数最小两个目标函数,构建了约束条件和隶属函数,并进行非模糊化处理,最终通过Matlab编程和优化工具箱完成具体优化,达到了体积明显减小和效率提高的目的,可供应用参考。
