焊接用三极电子枪设计及电磁聚焦系统研究

     

摘要

研究了150 kV焊接用三极电子枪的束流发生、静电聚焦和磁聚焦过程.基于电子光学理论和三维粒子仿真分析,设计了电子枪静电聚焦系统和磁聚焦系统,建立了适合电子束焊接使用的聚焦距离150~350 mm范围内焦点位置连续可调的电子枪模型.针对现有焊接电子枪手动调焦效率低、焦点位置不易精确控制的问题,通过磁聚焦理论与三维粒子仿真相结合,研究了聚焦电流对应聚焦距离的变化过程,建立了聚焦距离与聚焦电流的非线性函数模型,可为电子枪聚焦的精确控制提供依据.%In this paper, the process of beam occurrence, electrostatic focusing and magnetic focusing of the 150 kV three poles e-lectron gun for welding is studied. Based on the theory of electron optics and three-dimensional particle simulation, the electronic gun electrostatic focusing system and the magnetic focusing system are designed, and the electron gun model which is suitable for electron beam welding with a continuous adjustable focusing distance of 150-350 mm is established. Aiming at the problem existing in the welding electron gun, that manual focusing efficiency is low and the focus position is not easy to be precisely controlled, the change of the focusing distance with the focusing current range is studied and the nonlinear function models of the focusing distance and the focusing current are established through the magnetic focusing theory and three-dimensional particle simulation, which can provide the basis for the precise focus control of the electron gun.
