直缝焊管辊弯成形动力学仿真研究

         

摘要

基于显式动力学算法,建立了直缝焊管成形过程的弹塑性有限元模型,采用大型非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对直缝焊管辊弯成形过程进行了模拟仿真.分析了成形过程中带钢的应力、应变的变化规律以及机架间距对成型质量的影响.研究结果表明,整个成型过程应力变化平缓,带钢边缘应变小于中部应变;随着机架间距的增大,带钢边缘的纵向应变相应减小.%The process of roll forming is very complicated.This paper establishes the finite element model of roll forming process of ERW pipes,uses the nonlinear finite element ABAQUS software to simulate its dynamic process and analyzes the distribution of the stress and strain and the influence of the strip thickness and stand distance on the forming process.The simulation results show that in the forming process,the stress changes very gently,and the central strain is greater than the strip edge strain.With increasing the stand distance,the longitudinal strain of the strip edge correspondingly decreases.
