动力刀架齿轮系传动误差分析

             

摘要

To improve the transmission performance of gear system of power-driven turret and predict the transmission error, the calculation model of the transmission error is established based on its main factors and the calculation formula of multistage gear transmission error is deduced. Considering the random feature of the errors,Monte-Carlo method is used to calculate the gear teeth integrated error of the gear system,and then,a new method that the analytic method is combined with virtual simulation technology to solve the transmission error is put forward based on the theory of torsional meshing stiffness. At the same time, penalty function method based on the nonlinear friction contact of gear tooth is used to obtain the transmission error of the gear train caused by the load deformation. The research result gives the theoretical basis to the gear system analysis and design.%为了提高动力刀架齿轮传动系统的传动性能,实现对齿轮传动误差的预测,首先根据影响传动误差的主要因素,建立齿轮传动误差的计算模型,推导了多级齿轮传动系统的传动误差计算公式;其次考虑齿轮各项误差的随机性,应用Monte-Carlo模拟试验法,计算了动力刀架齿轮啮合综合误差;最后根据扭转啮合刚度理论,提出了一种解析法与虚拟仿真技术相结合的求解传动误差的方法,采用基于罚函数的齿面摩擦非线性接触的建模方法,得到了齿轮系因受载变形造成的传动误差.研究成果为齿轮系统传动精度的分析与设计提供理论依据.
