飞机千斤顶机架结构的拓扑优化设计

         

摘要

To design lightweight jack rack and improve the coefficient of the material utilization,this paper does its static analysis in four extreme conditions and knowns that its stiffness and strength is higher,and the material can not be fully utilized in the four condi-tions.Topology optimization for the rack makes the rack structure get the best material distribution.According to the optimized struc-ture,the rack model is re-established and its finite element analysis is done to verify the reliability of the results. After the optimiza-tion,the mass of the rack is reduced from 26.714 kg to 21.058 kg,reduced by 21.17%. It meets its requirements and the coefficient of the material utilization is improved greatly.%为实现千斤顶机架的轻量化设计,提高材料的利用率,对机架的4种极限工况进行了静力学分析,通过分析可知机架在这4种工况下的刚度和强度裕量较高,材料不能得到充分利用.对机架进行拓扑优化设计,得到机架结构的最佳材料分布.参照优化后的结构重新建立机架模型,并进行有限元分析,验证结果的可靠性.优化后机架的质量由26.714 kg减小到21.058 kg,减轻了21.17%,在满足使用要求的情况下,提高了材料的利用率.
