This paper uses ABC classification,PDCA and anti-error method to solve high maintenance cost,unclear classification of take-down parts,non-standard of part classification management and repairing, etc. existing in the cigarette factory. Starting with the classification of take-down parts,it uses ABC classification method to classify spare parts,uses PDCA principles to strengthen the fine management of the part classification,uses the anti-error method to enhance the capacity of preventing the classification er-rors. The result shows that this method can be used to realize the standardization of repair part management,improve the repair lev-el, promote the effective utilization rate and reduce the maintenance cost.%为解决卷接包车间设备维护费用高、拆卸零备件分类不明确、管理不规范、修复等问题,运用ABC分类法、PDCA、防差错等技术,从拆卸零备件分类入手,运用ABC分类的方法逐步实现零备件的分类;运用PDCA原则强化拆卸零备件分类精细化管理;为预防拆卸零备件分类过程中出现差错,运用防差错方法加强了分类防差错能力.通过实践验证表明,该方法实现了零备件修复管理的规范化,提高了维修工对零备件的修复管理水平和有效利用率,降低了设备维护费用.
