自從Mouret醫生在1987年施行第一例腹腔鏡膽囊切除術後,現在腹腔鏡膽囊切除術,已經成為治療有症狀的膽囊結石病的標凖手術方式;同時,腹腔鏡膽囊切除術也成為了消化道腹腔鏡手術發展的起點.根據歐美的臨床研究顯示,由腹腔鏡膽囊切除術的結果和人類工程學的角度去考慮,歐美兩國不同的手術方式是沒有分別的.所以術式的選擇是根據醫生的判斷,再加上我們的導向和外科醫生的訓練來決定的.%The laparoscopic cholecystectomy, was for the first time performed by Mouret in 1987,nowadays it is considered all over the world, the "gold standard" in the treatment of the symptomatic cholelithiasis.Moreover the VLPC has represented the point of departure for the development of the digestive laparoscopic surgery.The two approaches, (according to European school or American) haven't pointed out meaningful differences in terms of results and ergonomics, therefore the choice of either one or the other method is, to our judgment, to put in relationship with the orientation and the training of the surgeon.
