W形金属密封环工作状态下综合性能优化设计

             

摘要

To meet the sealing requirements in extremely working conditions in aerospace field, the overall performance of W-sealing ring was studied.A method was proposed to optimize the overall performance of W-sealing ring under working condition from springback, sealing and stability performance, and the static calculation model under working conditions and the quasi-static compression springback model were built to calculate the proportion of plastic deformation region, the maximum contact stress and the springback rate to describe the stability, the sealing and springback performances.The optimization method of W-sealing ring was built, which uses stratified solution method and weighted mean to build structural objective function, and can complete the solution of the overall performance of W-ring in the range of working conditions.The result matches a foreign company's product well, which proves correctness of the method.%为满足航空航天领域严苛工况下的密封要求, 对W形金属密封环综合性能进行研究, 提出从回弹性能、密封性能、稳定性能3个方面对W形金属密封环工作状态下的综合性能进行优化;建立W形环静态工况计算模型和准静态压缩回弹计算模型, 分别计算塑形变形区域占比、最大接触应力和回弹率来描述其稳定性、密封性和回弹性;建立一套W形金属密封环的优化方法, 应用分层求解和加权平均构造目标函数的方法, 在给定工作条件下完成可行域内W形环最优综合性能设计的求解.优化结果与国外某公司产品契合度较高, 验证了整个优化方法的正确性.
