The structure of bushing was optimized with ANSYS software. Under given constraint conditions, by consider-ing minimum oil pump power as the objective function, optimum design on the oil recess structure parameter was done. The result indicates that oil pump power can decrease 6. 23 percent if optimized design data was used. Flexibility design is ful-filled in the optimum design of hydrostatic bearing with ANSYS software.%基于ANSYS有限元软件对轴瓦结构进行了优化设计.在给定条件下,以油泵的功率消耗最小为目标函数,对油腔的结构参数进行优化.结果表明,采用优化后的油腔结构参数,油泵的功率消耗可以减少6.23%.在静压轴承设计中,采用ANSYS进行优化设计,可以实现柔性设计.
