空间液体润滑剂弹流牵曳特性的研究

         

摘要

Elastohydrodynamic traction behavior of a chlorphenyl silicon oil ( CSO ) used in spacecraft mechanisms was studied based on Johnson-Tevarrwerk model,and the experimental study was conducted on a ball-disk traction rig under the same operating conditions, which proved Johnson-Tevarrwerk model can be used to study the traction behavior of spatial liquid lubricants. Results show shear heating of fluid in the inlet region can not be ignored. Isothermal rheological model can not be used for the elastohydrodynamic traction calculation of spatial liquid oils. Nonlinear behavior of traction coefficient of spatial liquid lubricants is apparent under high slide-to-roll ratio. Rheological behavior of spatial liquid lubricants should be described by non-Newtonian model.%基于Johnson-Tevarrwerk模型对空间液体润滑剂的弹流牵曳特性进行理论研究,并采用高速球—盘式弹流牵曳力试验装置进行相同工况下的试验研究,证明Johnson-Tevarrwerk模型的理论分析很好地反映了空间液体润滑剂的弹流牵曳特性.研究结果表明:入口区的热效应不能忽略,等温牛顿模型不能用于空间液体润滑剂的弹流牵曳特性理论分析;在高滑滚比工况下,空间液体润滑剂弹流牵曳系数的非线性行为非常明显,高黏度空间液体润滑剂的流变行为必须由非牛顿流变模型描述.
