The system aligns the liquid laving a supply duct on an impact at one end. The fluid deforms an elastic lever that has been clamped on one side. The deformation of the lever is measured using a strain gauge, to determine the flow of the liquid. The liquid to be measured leaves a supply duct (11) of a collection funnel (1), and is aligned to impinge on an impact element (5). A lever arm (52) clamped on one side is fitted at its free end. The lever arm is elastically deformed, due to the pulse amount on the impact element, caused by the liquid flow. At least one strain gauge strip (7) is fitted at the lever arm, to determine its elastic deformation. An evaluation unit is provided, which sets the degree of deformation of the arm in relation to the amount of liquid impinging on the impact element per time unit.
