噻二唑二聚体衍生物在微动磨损条件下的摩擦学性能

         

摘要

A new type of thiadiazole dimer derivative was synthesized and the structure was analyzed through infrared spectrum. The tribological properties of the additive in distilled water were evaluated with SRV oscillating friction and wear tester between a steel on steel system. The worn steel surfaces were observed with surface profiler apparatus and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the additive possesses good load-carrying properties in water, and also could improve the antiwear and friction reducing abilities.%合成一种噻二唑二聚体衍生物,用红外光谱仪对其结构进行分析,采用SRV微动摩擦磨损试验机考察其水溶液对钢-钢摩擦副的摩擦学性能,并用表面轮廓仪及扫描电子显微镜观察磨斑表面形貌.结果表明:添加剂在水中具有较好的承载能力,并在一定程度上改善了蒸馏水的抗磨减摩性能.
