不锈钢冷轧机反冲洗过滤系统的设计及应用

According to the six stainless steel process lubrication system of titanium nickel 1 4S0 mm steel mill of Baost-eel, a backwash filter system was designed. The work principle of backwash filtering system and the realization of automatic control principle were introduced. Through the application of this system on the six roller mill showing.it operates well,the process lubrication units are stable and reliable to ensure the stable running of roller mill.%针对宝钢1 450 mm钛镍不锈钢六辊轧机工艺润滑系统,设计一种反冲洗过滤系统,介绍该反冲洗过滤系统的工作原理以及系统自动控制原理的实现.该反冲洗过滤系统在六辊轧机上的应用表明,系统运行状况良好,工艺润滑机组稳定可靠,保证了轧机的稳定运行.
