Based on Reynolds equation,the fluid film pressure distribution formula between the end faces of mechanical seal was deduced.The pressure was accurately loaded by the way of discrete nodes loading method under the correspond-ing condition.According to the given convergence criterion,load and deformation analysis of the mechanical seals consid-ering fluid film pressure was carried out.The calculation results show that under the combined action of all kinds of exter-nal loads,the coexisting phenomenon of local cone deformation and local contact area exists on the end faces of mechanical seal.The strongly coupled mapping relationship exists between the fluid film pressure distribution and the local cone de-formation.%基于 Reynolds 方程,推导密封平端面间的液膜压力分布计算公式,根据计算结果编制离散节点加载法的子程序并完成对应计算工况下端面液膜压力的真实加载,较为完整地揭示机械密封端面受力变形机制。计算结果表明:在外载综合作用下,局部接触区域与锥形变形同时存在于密封端面,端面受力变形与液膜压力分布存在强烈的耦合映射关系。
