不同热流加载方式下车轮踏面制动温度和应力场模拟分析*

             

摘要

3-D finite element model of wheel was built using ANSYS. The distribution of transient temperature field and stress field during two successive emergency braking process was calculated using two heat flux loading modes,ie,moving heat source and evenly heat source. Simulation results show that the wheel temperature distribution calculated using moving heat source method is closer to the real situation,while evenly heat source method is easier. The difference of the results of temperature field and stress field calculated by moving heat source and evenly heat source is small,thus it is more reasona-ble to use the evenly heat source method to calculate 3-D transient temperature field and stress field of the wheel tread brake process.%  利用有限元软件ANSYS建立车轮三维有限元模型,计算分析移动热源和均布热源2种不同热流密度加载方式下,车轮在连续两次紧急制动下的三维瞬态温度场和应力场。结果表明,采用移动热源法计算的车轮温度场分布更接近于真实的情况,而采用均布热源法更为简便,且计算所得的温度及热应力分布与移动热源法相差很小,因此采用均布热源法计算车轮踏面制动过程的三维瞬态温度场和应力场更加可取。
