油槽倾斜对行星轮轴向支承润滑特性的影响

             

摘要

The depth description function of the axial support oil groove was constructed,in which two slot type control parameters were introduced,including groove edge dip angle and groove bottom tilt angle of oil grooves.Flow field pressure distribution of the axial support was solved with the finite control volume method based incompressible Reynolds control equation and by considering the lubricating oil temperature rising,and the effect of groove edge dip angle and groove bottom tilt angle of oil grooves on the lubrication properties of the axial support was analyzed.The results show that the influence on the lubrication properties of the axial support is complex by the groove edge dip angle.When groove edge dip angle is 0°,the temperature rise of the lubricating oil film is rather small,and the film can get a larger bearing capacity.Groove edge dip angle has a greater effect on oil film bearing capacity,flow rate and temperature rise,but little effect on the friction power.The more groove bottom tilt angle,the more flow rate is in end faces of planetary gear,therefore the oil film temperature rise is small,the oil film bearing capacity is larger.%构造轴向支承油槽的深度描述函数,引入油槽槽边倾斜角和槽底倾斜角2个槽型控制参数;基于不可压缩Reynolds控制方程,并考虑润滑油的温升,采用有限控制体积法求解流场压力分布,分析油槽槽边倾斜角和槽底倾斜角对润滑特性的影响.结果表明:槽边倾斜角度对润滑特性的影响较复杂,槽边倾斜角度为0°时,润滑油膜的温升较小,可以获得较大的油膜承载力;槽底倾斜角度对油膜承载力、流量和温升的影响较大,但对摩擦功率影响较小;槽底向外径倾斜角度越大,行星轮端面间流量越大,油膜的温升越小,油膜的承载力越大.
