抽蓄机组轴系油膜试验台测控系统的研发

             

摘要

In order to solve the problem that a large number of loading tests can not be carried out on a prototype pumped storage unit,a shafting oil film test rig for a pumped storage unit was developed based on the similarity principle of a pumped storage unit,and the corresponding control system was also designed.The hardware part of the control system is composed of host computer for collecting signals,two slave computers,four converters,four electro-hydraulic proportional valves and some pressure micro-sensors and temperature micro-sensors.The software part is composed of the main control program based on Forcecontrol 7.0,and PLC program generated from GX Works.The test rig can be used to study the variation regularity of oil film pressure and temperature between bearing bush and mirror plate under different conditions,analyze the mechanism of vibration of the bearing system,and investigate the generating and vanishing mechanism of oil film under different conditions.%为解决无法在原型抽蓄机组上开展大量加载试验的问题,以某抽蓄机组为原型,采用相似原则,研发出一种抽蓄机组轴系油膜试验台,并设计相应的测控系统.该试验台测控系统硬件部分由主控计算机、三菱FX2NPLC下位机、多个微型温度、压力传感器及变频器、电液比例阀等执行机构组成,软件部分由力控Forcecontrol 7.0组态编制的主控软件和由GX Works编制的PLC程序组成.该试验台可用于研究不同加载工况下轴瓦与镜板间油膜压力、温度变化规律,从而探讨轴系在不同工况下的振动机制和油膜的形成、泯灭机制等.
