首先详细分析了LLC谐振半桥变换器的工作原理和开关过程.结合工程软件MathCAD, 利用基波分析法给出LLC谐振变换器的参数设计过程, 并对死区时间进行优化.最后, 设计了1台12 V/240 W输出的试验样机, 试验结果表明所提出的优化设计具有可行性.%Firstly, the operating principle and the switching transition of LLC resonant half-bridge converter was analyzed.With the assistant of engineering software MathCAD, the design process of parameters in LLC resonant converters was proposed based on the fundamental harmonic analysis, then the dead time was optimized.Finally, a 12 V/240 W output prototype was built, and the experimental result verifys the feasibility of the optimal design.
