The arc-extinguish model after current peak was established by equivalent circuit and equations.And the arc-extinguish time after current peak was studied in the different time constant and expected short-circuit current in combination with some test data from the DC 1 500 V prototypes. The result shows that at the same time constant and within a certain range, the greater the expected short-circuit current is, the shorter the arc-extinguish time after current peak becomes; and at the same expected short-circuit current, the lower the time constant is and the higher the arc voltage is, the shorter the arc-extinguish time becomes.%通过等效电路和方程, 建立了电流过峰值后的熄弧模型.结合DC 1 500 V样机的部分试验数据, 研究了不同时间常数和预期短路电流下, 电流过峰值后的熄弧时间.结果表明:相同的时间常数下, 在一定范围内增大预期短路电流, 电流过峰值后的熄弧时间反而缩短;相同的预期短路电流下, 时间常数越小, 电弧电压越高, 电流过峰值后的熄弧时间越短.
