混合型超级电容器容值特性研究

             

摘要

The different definitions of capacitance of supercapacitor in different national and international standards were analyzed,the capacitance calculation method by parameter identification was introduced and the definition of dynamic capacitance was given.Charging and discharging experiments of hybrid supercapacitor in different current ratios and temperatures were designed,static-state capacitance and dynamic capacitance were calculated according to different standards and parameter identification,different calculation results were compared and discussed.Characteristic of static-state and dynamic capacitance in different operating conditions was studied.According to the experiment results,the static-state capacitance in large current ratio and low temperature decreases obviously relative to that in small current ratio and high temperature.The dynamic capacitance will gradually increase during discharging.%分析不同国内外标准中对超级电容器容值定义的异同,并介绍利用参数辨识计算容值的方法,给出动态容值的定义;设计混合型超级电容器在不同电流和温度下的多工况充放电试验,根据不同标准和参数辨识的方法计算多工况静态容值和动态容值,对比计算结果,分析标准中容值计算方法的不足;利用多工况参数辨识结果,研究混合型超级电容器容值随工况变化的特性.试验结果显示,低温/大电流工况相对高温/小电流工况混合型超级电容器的容值明显降低,动态容值随着放电过程不断增大.
