A kind of isolated high voltage output boost converter was proposed,which is composed of two basic boost cells and CDVM(Capacitor-Diode Multipliers).It can realize high voltage output and avoid large duty ratio, and its ripple peak is lower since the ripple frequency of its input current is two times of the switching frequency. The boost converter combines merits of wide input voltage range and wide load range,and it is very suitable for high power high voltage power applications where small size and high conversion ratio are needed.The derivation of converter topology was described,and the operating principle and performances of the boost converter were analyzed.The simulation analysis results of the converter verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.%提出了一种基于 CDVM(Capacitor-Diode Voltage Multiplier)升压单元的隔离型高增益 Boost 变换器。其由基本 Boost 单元和由电容、二极管组成的 CDVM升压单元构成。阐述了变换器的工作原理,同时对变换器的性能进行了分析。经仿真分析,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
