多通道型高效钯复合膜在超高纯氢气提纯的应用

         

摘要

介绍了在多孔支撑体表面复合更薄的钯层(约5 μm)可制备廉价的金属钯复合膜,同传统钯管相比其贵金属用量降低20~40倍,并使透氢量提高一个数量级.采用此自主研发的多通道钯/陶瓷复合膜为核心氢气分离组件,首次完成了30 Nm3/h超纯氢气分离装置的技术示范,实现了纯度大于99.999999%(8N)超纯氢气的生产,氢气回收率达到91.8%.首次完成了800 Nm3/h规模超纯氢气纯化装置的应用示范,实现了纯度大于99.9999% (6N)超纯氢气的生产,氢气回收率达到91.2%.该技术明显降低了超纯氢气生产装置投资和生产成本,实现了领先的超纯氢气生产新工艺技术路线.%Introduced the thinner palladium layer(about 5 μm) on the surface of the porous support,and the cheap metal palladium composite membrane can be prepared. Compared with the traditional palladium tube, the amount of precious metal is reduced by 20-40 times,and the hydrogen permeable amount is increased by one order of magnitude. By using this multi-channel palladium/ceramic composite membrane as the core hydrogen separation component,the technology dem-onstration of 30 Nm3/h ultra-pure hydrogen separation unit was completed for the first time. The production of ultra-pure hydrogen with purity of more than 99.999999% (8N) was realized, and the recovery rate of hydrogen was 91.8%. The application demonstration of 800 Nm3/h scale ultra-pure hydrogen purification device was completed for the first time. The production of ultra-pure hydrogen with purity of more than 99.9999% (6N) was realized,and the recovery rate of hydrogen was 91.2%. This technology has significantly reduced the investment and production cost of ultra-pure hydrogen production plant,and achieved the leading technology line for the production of ultra-pure hydrogen.
