During the course of the mix design of UFB Iron tailing bricks, in order to get the best mixture ratio,we should do a lot of experiments,which increase work loads and-extensive funds. Orthogonal test is used in the preparation of UFB iron tailing bricks,which can reduce the times of the test to a great extent and obtain a good effect.%在铁尾矿免烧砖配合比设计过程中,为了得到试件的最佳配合比,需要进行大量的试验,造成了工作量和经费的明显增加.本文将正交设计法引入铁尾矿免烧砖制备的试验设计中,使试验次数大幅度减少,并取得了良好的效果.
