寒地高校学生公寓节能技术改造分析

摘要

This paper analyses some problems in green building technology about one student dormitory in the college of Xi'an which built in 1990' s , trying to research the green building reconstructive situations of the college existing student dormitory in the cold area which is similar to Xi' an, and offer the technical reference for economical campus construction.%通过对西安市某高校90年代建成的学生公寓在绿色建筑技术方面存在的问题分析,研究类似于在西安这样的寒冷地区,高校既有学生公寓的绿色建筑改造策略,并通过软件对改造前后的建筑采暖负荷加以对比,改造前后总体节能达到63.3％,改造效果良好,相应改造策略可为节约型校园建设提供技术参考.
