圆形煤场球面屋盖的受力分析

     

摘要

Large diameter of the circular coal yard generally adopts the spherical shell roof. Based on a project, this article makes use of the finite element sofware SAP2000 and domestic design software 3D3S to analysis the internal force, modes and structural stability of the spherical shell. Through the comparison of the results of the two software, we suggest that for each support of the 36 supports, the vertical reaction force caused by the shell' vertical load is 425kN, the horizontal reaction force caused by the wind load is 200kN and the horizontal reaction force caused by earthquake is 10kN.%大直径圆形储煤场的顶盖一般采用球形网壳,文中结合工程实例,利用有限元软件SAP2000及国内设计软件3D3S对大直径圆形储煤场球面网壳进行了内力和模态的计算,并对结构整体稳定进行了分析.通过两个软件的对比分析结果,建议在进行下部圆形煤场设计时,对于36个支座中的每一个支座处,由网壳竖向荷载产生的对圆形筒仓的竖向反力取为425kN,由风荷载引起的网壳对圆形筒仓的水平力取为200kN,由地震引起的网壳对圆形筒仓的水平力取为10kN.
