小尺寸水泥混凝土路面的有限元分析

         

摘要

Reducing the plane size of slab can reduce load stress and temperature stress in cement concrete pavement, based on that theory, the paper proposes a concept of small slab cement concrete pavement for rural road, and establishes a small slab cement concrete pavement finite element model. Through the calculation of finite element method, the paper analyses the variance regulation of load stress when the standard axial loading is on the critical load position with the different factors such as slab length, slab thickness, base thickness and base modules. The paper also calculates and analyses the temperature stress of small slab cement concrete pavement. Finally a typical size of small size slab cement concrete pavement is proposed.%减小板的平面几何尺寸能够降低荷载与温度梯度作用下水泥路面板的荷载应力及温度应力,基于此本文提出农村公路小尺寸水泥混凝土路面的概念,建立了小尺寸水泥混凝土路面板的有限元分析模型,分析了标准轴载作用于临界荷位时,荷载应力随板长、板厚的变化关系,荷载应力随基层厚度、基层模量的变化关系,并且进行了小尺寸水泥混凝土路面温度应力的计算分析,在此基础上提出了典型的小尺寸水泥混凝土板的平面尺寸.
