基于可拓理论的既有建筑节能改造评价研究

摘要

The energy efficiency reformation of existing buildings is a very complicated system due to that it is controlled by many factors,and it is also the very important content of energy efficiency reformation work.In the paper,the evaluation system for energy efficiency reformation of existing buildings was established,proposing an assignment method of evaluating indicator and giving the rating standard.Based on matter-element theory and dependent function,the extension theory was applied to evaluate the effect of energy efficiency reformation of existing buildings,getting the extension method for the effect evaluation.Finally,a real project case concerning about energy efficiency reformation was taken as an example,and an extension model based on the reasonable selection of evaluation factor was built.The results show that this method is practical and feasible.%既有建筑节能改造效果评价是受多种因素共同影响的复杂系统,也属于节能改造的一项重要工作内容.建立了一套建筑节能改造评价指标体系,介绍了评价指标的赋值方法,并建立了评价等级划分标准.基于物元理论和关联函数,将可拓理论引入到节能改造效果评价当中,提出了节能改造效果评价的可拓方法.以某节能改造工程为例,在合理选取指标的基础上,建立了可拓模型,计算结果表明该方法可行.
