活性瓷釉涂层是一种新型钢筋防腐蚀涂层,为了研究不同温度下活性瓷釉涂层耐腐蚀性,利用SEM、EDS和加速腐蚀试验对400℃、900℃涂层的微观结构、元素组成和耐腐蚀性能进行了探究.研究表明,400℃涂层颗粒堆积在钢筋表面,未发生反应形成致密保护层,900℃涂层成分反应生成结晶体,涂层与钢筋之间相互融合,形成致密整体.加速腐蚀试验显示相比于400℃涂层,900℃涂层具有更优异的耐腐蚀能力.%Chemically reactive enamel (CRE) coating is a novel anti-corrosion steel coating. In or-der to study the corrosion resistance of CRE coating at different sintering temperatures, the microstruc-ture, elemental composition and corrosion resistance of CRE coating at 400℃、900℃ were studied by SEM,EDS and accelerated corrosion test, respectively. The experimental results show 400℃ coating par-ticles accumulate on the surface of steel rebar which doesn't react and form a dense layer, 900℃ coat-ing particles react with each other to form crystals, the coating and steel rebar merge to form a whole body. The accelerated corrosion test shows the 900℃ coating has more excellent corrosion resistance than that of the 400℃ coating.
