制造企业物流服务外包商评价体系研究

摘要

对制造企业物流服务外包商的评价体系进行了研究.在建立合理的评价指标体系的基础上,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定这个指标体系的权值,然后运用到实际应用中,对6个候选物流企业进行了评价和选择.%This work starts out by establishing a reasonable index system for the evaluation of logistics service outsourcers of manufacturing enterprises, then uses AHP to determine the weights of the index, and at the end, applies the system in a case study to evaluate 6 candidate logistics enterprises.
