In this paper, we first introduced the content of the legal relationship framework of third party logistics packaging services, analyzed emphatically the main typles and mechanism of legal liabilities in the process of the provision of third party logistics packaging services, then dissected, from the aspects of civil, administrative and criminal liabilities, the source of the main legal responsibilities and the main potential legal risks for the packaging services, and finally explained the jurisprudent mechanism for the generation of the legal liabilities in the third party logistics green packaging services.%首先概述第三方物流包装服务中的法律关系框架内容及相关调节法律类型,接着重点分析第三方物流在提供包装服务过程中的主要法律责任类型和机制,分别就承担的民事责任、行政责任和刑事责任三个方面进行了分析,剖析主要法律责任的来源和包装服务中的主要潜在法律风险,最后从建设低碳环保经济的视角来研究第三方物流包装服务中的绿色包装的法律责任,并就具体的产生机制从法理上进行分析和阐述.
